UKA Residence Waterproofing of the Landscape
Uka Residence brings the comfort of a residential complex in the crowded centre of Tirana. And Polaris Construction is taking over for the waterproofing.
Our specialists have recreated the landscape over the parking lot of the Residence by making it impermeable to water infiltration. In this project a polyurethane based waterproofing material was chosen to withstand the dynamic loads that might disrupt the isolated surface.
After our teams had done their work, the landscape was ready to be filled with new layer of grass, trees and pergolas for residents to enjoy.
