Polaris Group was founded in 2022 by Zenel Biba and Ilir Biba. Zenel completed his professional education in METU Civil Engineering Department. After working in leading construction companies in Turkey, he decided to use his experience and knowledge to establish a business model that would combine material know-how, engineering design and application in Albania.
