In this project, Polaris Construction has undertaken one of the most difficult projects in the construction industry; building a reinforced concrete slab that both has the strength to withstand dynamic loads and to endure the freeze-thaw effects that would be caused by huge refrigeration room
Our aim was to create a cold storage room which is resistant to environmental effects, perfectly waterproof and isolated so that the entire area would be compliant to health and safety regulations regarding the storage of foods and beverages.
In order to achieve that goal, our engineers designed a strong foundation with crystalline waterproofing concrete additives. In the span of just a single day, the reinforcement, concrete and waterproofing was performed
It is our pride to say that this project was a grand illustration of combining design, practice and fine engineering in a short period of time.
