Daias Residence Terrace Waterproofing
Almost in every construction project, waterproofing is a must. And as Polaris Construction, we offer unique solutions for each project that we encounter.
In this project, our task was to transform a regular roof into a waterproof one. After assessing the specific needs of the building, our engineers decided to move forward with the bitumen rubber solution.
Our teams on site started to clean the roof from all kinds of construction waste, impurities and repaired all structural faults that they could find until the roof was clean, level and ready for waterproofing.
Stormwater drains were placed in the locations appointed by our engineers and all the 90-degree corners were filleted with structural repair mortar in order to have a uniform waterproofing area.
When the surface was ready, Polaris Specialists applied the bitumen primers, insulation nets and two-component bitumen rubber waterproofing materials as instructed by our engineers.
