The Ministry of Agriculture of Albania had developed a project to train Albanian farmers in modern techniques for agriculture and husbandry.
And Polaris Group undertook the responsibility to complete such an important task with all its capabilities and crew.
Operators from Polaris Equipment excavated and levelled the ground to perfection. They prepared the site for the incoming materials and crews.
All the reinforced concrete works, bricklaying and plastering works were performed by Polaris Construction.
